What’s Included in the Price

  • The estimated price is $3500. The final price will be announced by early February. It is our intention to keep the price below $3500.
  • A $500 deposit for each traveler must be made by February 10, 2018.  (See Payment Options for ways to pay.) Deposits for this trip are 100% refundable through March 10, 2018. After March 11, your deposit will not be refundable for any reason and will be forfeited if you cancel your tour reservation.
  • Full payment is due on or before May 1, and is non-refundable.
  • If a single room is desired, a single supplement will be added to the cost of the trip. The cost for this will be available in February.
  • A land-only option will be $600 less than the total cost, above. If you choose this option, you need to 1) meet us in our hotel in Munich at 9am on Wednesday, July 18, or 2) find flights that arrive in Munich at 7:25am or earlier on Wednesday, July 18. Depending on the schedule of your flight(s), you may have to arrange your own transportation from the Munich Airport to the Munich hotel and/or from the Prague hotel to the Prague Airport.
