Our June, 2026 tour will be very special because we are taking a maximum of ten travelers. (Most of our tours have 15-20 travelers.) And this trip will NOT be cancelled, no matter how many guests we have with us!
Traditionally, our June trips have been to Prague and Leipzig. This year, we are adding a short trip to Berlin, a city with amazing musical performances. The highlight of our stay in Berlin will be a concert of the wonderful Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Gustavo Dudamel.
All of our tours are full of great performances, fascinating musical history, great culture, delicious meals, and free time for you to explore these cities on your own. The week in Leipzig is during Bachfest, an international festival featuring some of the world’s finest Baroque performers. We have tickets to outstanding concerts featuring pianist Andras Schiff, Bach’s “St. Mark’s Passiion,” and the Staatskapelle Dresden.
Prior to our arrival in Leipzig, we will spend four days exploring Prague, its history, and its music. We’ll hear three operas: Puccini’s “Tosca,” Verdi’s “Aida,” and Massanet’s “Werther.” We will also have a private lecture by one of the world’s preeminent Dvorak scholars.
