Do I need voltage adapters for electronic devices?
Yes. Austria (and all of Europe) is 220 volts/50 cycles per second. Many devices work for 110/220 volts; check the unit or adapter. Plug-in clocks will not work. It’s easy to buy batteries there. Austria uses the standard European pin plug receptacle. Dr. Nelson brings a supply of adapters on each trip and would be glad to give you one.
